The Hi-Desert Arts Academy is a program created by the Hi-Desert Cultural Center (a non-profit 501(c)(3) arts organization) who’s general and specific purpose is to operate a cultural center that provides venues, support facilities, funding, promotion, leadership, organization, innovation, education, and other resources for programs and productions whose focus is on the aesthetic arts — including the dramatic, musical, visual, and other forms of artistic expression.

The Cultural Center recognizes the importance of receiving a robust arts education and the far-reaching positive impact of such an education on the overall wellbeing and academic achievement of our nation’s children. It is also aware that the youth in the areas it serves are largely underprivileged, and therefore likely would not otherwise receive such an arts education from traditional sources.  The Cultural Center has focused on making such a robust arts education available to all school-aged children.

Here, all students receive arts education in the performing and/or visual arts that is unprecedented in the public school system and, where otherwise available privately, is generally restricted to those with substantial financial means. The Hi-Desert Arts Academy program provides a first-rate arts education to all children, regardless of their socioeconomic background.

GREAT NEWS FOR SEASON PACKAGE TICKET HOLDERS! Should your schedule change and you find yourself needing to attend a performance on a different date — if you give the Box Office at least 48 hours notice prior to your ticketed performance, management will attempt to exchange your ticket for a different performance of the same show!

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE GUARANTEED; HOWEVER, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKET FOR A DIFFERENT PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME PRODUCTION IF REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TICKETED PERFORMANCE. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR A MISSED PERFORMANCE. IN THE EVENT THAT A PERFORMANCE IS CANCELLED FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESCHEDULED PERFORMANCE DATE, A REFUND FOR THAT TICKETED PERFORMANCE MAY BE ISSUED AT THE OPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER OF INJURY AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, WEAPONS, FOOD, OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED. NO RECORDING DEVICES, STILL CAMERAS, OR VIDEO CAMERAS PERMITTED. NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT, GAME, PERFORMANCE, OR EXHIBITION. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE SEARCH FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS. YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR IMAGE OR LIKENESS INCIDENTAL TO ANY DISPLAY, TRANSMISSION, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESCHEDULED DATE, A REFUND FOR THIS TICKET MAY BE ISSUED AT THE OPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT AND MAY NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TICKETING FEES (I.E., TICKETING OPERATIONS FEE, SHIPPING FEES, ETC.).
