Under the direction of renowned Maestro Jarrod Radnich, the JPHIL is a multi-session, year-round, inter-generational community orchestra comprised of over 50 musicians from the Morongo Basin, Coachella Valley, Inland Empire, High-Desert/Apple Valley region—and beyond.  Open to all instruments and musicians who demonstrate competency on their instrument, all orchestral parts are expertly created and arranged for each musician in the orchestra.

With weekly rehearsals for its Spring Season beginning January 15, the JPHIL meets Monday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm that will culminate in three performances March 2-4, 2018 at the Hi-Desert Cultural Center’s state-of-the-art facilities located at 61231 Hwy 62 in Joshua Tree, CA.  There are no fees to participate in the orchestra.  Interested new musicians are encouraged to send an email to info@hidesertculturalcenter.org for more information on participation.  All concert proceeds go toward supporting the Cultural Center’s music programs and student scholarships.
