Under the direction of renowned Maestro Jarrod Radnich, the JPHIL is a multi-session, year-round, inter-generational community orchestra comprised of over 50 musicians from the Morongo Basin, Coachella Valley, Inland Empire, High-Desert/Apple Valley region – and beyond.
