New Hi-Desert Master Chorus to perform SHOW TUNE SPECTACULAR! April 26-28

JOSHUA TREE, CA — The Hi-Desert Cultural Center is proud to present an all new concert series April 26 through 28 with three special performances featuring music from Broadway and The Silver Screen!  Entitled SHOW TUNE SPECTACULAR!, this fantastic spring music concert series at the Hi-Desert Cultural Center’s state-of-the-art Blak Box Theater in Joshua Tree will feature the Cultural Center’s new Hi-Desert Master Chorus performing music selections from The Greatest Showman, Phantom of the Opera, Aida, Dear Evan Hanson, Motown the Musical, Les Misérables and much more!  On the heels of their sold-out performances alongside their inaugural debut with the Joshua Tree Philharmonic this past holiday season, these special Master Chorus performances are sure to bring joy to the entire family!  The 40-member chorus is under the direction of multi award-winning Musical Director Analisa Pilecki and Assistant Director and piano accompanist Nelms McKelvain.

The Master Chorus performances are Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27 at 7:30 pm, with a special matinee performance on Sunday, April 28 at 2:30 pm.  Tickets are $15-$26 and a cash bar will be available before and throughout each performance.  Patrons may avoid a credit card processing fee by purchasing tickets via cash or check in person at the Box Office.  Group discounts are also available.  Patrons must be at least 5 years of age to attend.  These performances are for all audiences and have a suggested rating of “G”.
